As a Pet Claims Handler, you will play a key role in managing and processing pet insurance claims, offering exceptional service to pet owners.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage and process pet insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies.
•    Use our AI-driven platform to efficiently assess, validate, and resolve claims.
•    Communicate effectively with customers to guide them through the claims process and answer any questions they may have.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize claims procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
•    Ensure timely, accurate, and fair resolutions, maintaining the highest level of service and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:
•    Previous experience in pet insurance claims handling or previous veterinary experience
•    Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
•    A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
•    Knowledge of the German insurance market (especially pet insurance) is a plus.
•    Familiarity with AI-driven tools and platforms is an advantage, but not required.
