This mature organisation establish over 20 years ago is based in over 20 countries operating in prime locations in over 100+ cities. Some of their clients include: IBM, J.P. Morgan Chase & Bloomberg.

Job Description

In this role you will support the administration of the company as well as have the opportunity to work along side the clients who have spaces in the building.

  • Provide excellent customer service as reception answering calls, emails & mail
  • Work closely with clients when needed taking minutes for meetings, set up meeting rooms, or organising travel arrangements
  • Onboard new clients creating a Welcome Kit & assist on training


You are:

  • Passionate about administration & customer service with 2 years’ experience
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
