For one of our clients, a fast growing International Company, we are looking for
PAYROLL & HR Administrator (English native) – Permanent contract
Your main responsibilities:
- Follow up on employee movement: arrivals, departures, transfers
- Preparation of monthly payroll (data input, withholding tax, etc…)
- Production of monthly payroll slips
- Payroll administration (social security, disabilities, vacation, work permit requests and renewals, etc…)
- -Other associated administrative tasks related the employee life cycle
- Proven experience in a finance or HR department and in processing complex national or international payroll
- Comfortable with figures and administrative activities
- Native-level English (or near native), any other languages would be an asset.
- Ability to approach payroll issues in a solution oriented manner, prioritize and seamlessly manage a high volume of activity and requests from multiple sources in a time sensitive environment
- Proficiency with Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics an advantage
