Job Description

As an Operational Project Manager, your mission will be to set up and supervise the drug promotion and information happening in the call center, while managing the team.

As an Operational Project Manager, your mission will be to set up and supervise the drug promotion and information happening in the call center, while managing the team.

What you will be doing:

  • Management of a team of around 20 tele actors working in the call center
  • Monitoring the sales force in terms of KPIs and analysis of performance.
  • Develop strategies to keep your team motivated
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of campaigns
  • Monitoring quality procedures

Profile

Your profile:

  • You have experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment like a call center (At least 2 years motivating and listening to your team)
  • You have a background in marketing or business in the medical or pharmaceutical industry and are passionate about it
  • You come from B2B
  • You have a professional use of Excel or Microsoft Access
