This mature organisation establish over 20 years ago is based in over 20 countries operating in prime locations in over 100+ cities. Some of their clients include: IBM, J.P. Morgan Chase & Bloomberg.

Job Description

In this role you will be the face of the company ensuring the facilities of the office are running smoothly.

  • Manage supplies and coordinate with service providers
  • Provide support setting up meeting rooms for clients when needed
  • Answer any questions related the facilities
  • Ad hoc administration support


You are:

  • Passionate about customer service
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
