Approach People is an international recruitment agency. We are recruiting on behalf of a major player in the luxury watch industry, a management controller. We are looking for a management control professional who shares this passion for innovation, quality and craftsmanship.

 

Job Description

  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and track the company’s budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Perform business cases of products and activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer recommendations to optimize financial performance
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistency of financial information and achievement of objectives

Profile

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in management controlling, preferably in the watch industry or the luxury sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial management tools and software.
  • Bilingual in French and English – fluency in German is a real asset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present analyses in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
