Key Account Manager, UK (Wimbledon)

Our client is a key player in the travel and hospitality sector. They are now seeking a Key Account Manager to join their UK team in London.

 

Your Role

In this role, you will be an integral part of the European, African, and French Markets, driving the development of indirect business for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics region.

Your responsibilities will span building strong partnerships with key accounts, implementing strategic sales priorities, ensuring impeccable administration, and identifying new avenues for business growth.

 

Core Responsibilities

Your mission encompasses fostering robust relationships with established key accounts, solidifying our client’s reputation as a premium and reliable service provider. You will strengthen the sales process, elevate customer service quality, and champion high-value bookings.

Additionally, you’ll orchestrate the growth of our client’s business by meticulously planning and executing commercial strategies, making optimal use of available resources while aligning with their upmarket ethos.

Your role will be instrumental in amplifying our client’s competitive edge through ingenious incentives, training initiatives, and by guiding their partners to seamlessly navigate their offerings.

Your dedication will extend to ensuring seamless administration and organisation, from timely updates on Salesforce to securing contract compliance and overseeing cash collection.

You will be the driving force behind the partners’ success, acquainting them with our client’s ethos and services through comprehensive training.

 

What you need to succeed

We seek a candidate with a master’s degree or equivalent, coupled with a proven track record in Tourism & Hospitality.

Your success in cultivating partnerships and in driving results will set you up for success.

You are open-minded, team player, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Proficiency in essential tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and your willingness to learn new systems such as CRMs and our client’s own booking engine will set you apart.

You have the right to work and live in the UK and are fluent in English.

 

 

Location: Southwest London.

Permanent position.

Base salary in the £40-45k range + Car Allowance + Attractive commission structure + Perks + Corporate benefits.

Workplace: hybrid.
