mission: execute the the day to day account management of several strategically important customers & new business development.
- Increase sales revenue – a direct primary responsibility
- Seek out and develop new business opportunities in line with the company strategy
- Plan, implement, monitor and report on performance vs commercial targets
- Development of account plans – regular status and progress updates
- Sales forecasts for both financial and logistical
- The first point of contact as the interface between the customer and the company – share all communication
- Recognize and escalate any and all critical issues regarding the customer
- Conduct all company activity in accordance and with respect for the rules and values of the company
- At all times plan to exceed the customer’s expectations
- Provide reports / de-brief for all customer meetings
- Plan and have regular meetings with customers
- Perform all other duties as required
- Liaison with German and European Marketing
Profile
- At least 3 years of prior experiences in the position
- University Degree in Business studies / Economics or equivalent
- An understanding of the DIY / Retail Market and its major players is essential
- You have already worked within an international organization
- Former experience in Retail Sales is required
- You have commercial energy, are customer-oriented and can work independently and proactively
- You are a team player !
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm, determination & professionalism in dealing with prospects and clients in a proactive manner
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Driving license.
- German fluent/mother tongue and English fluent
- International and national travels are required
