My client is a FinTech that’s using insight from customers and colleagues worldwide to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations. They are a team of over 10,000 people spanning 200 countries and territories.
They are looking for someone to work with their dealing and hedging teams to uncover and close upside hedging opportunities. You’ll work with the New Business Sales teams and Partnerships channels to onboard new customers and transact hedging business thereafter. In time following sufficient training, you will provide advice on hedging risks using our suite of derivative products, provide market commentary both internally and externally, as well as working with stakeholders on projects. You will build long-term, mutually beneficial profitable relationships with clients
We need you to have a reasonable understanding of global financial markets with a specific focus on FX, a basic understanding of interest rates and money markets, and the ability to understand complex customer requirements. You will ideally be degree educated in a Financial Services related subject and can learn other subject matter such as compliance requirements quickly. We’ll also need you to possess the ability to work independently, be self-motivated and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. You must be fluent in German and English.
