Now that you have a confirmed experience in recruitment and that you know how to develop your business, it may be time for your international adventure!

- negociate the contracts and build a trust relationship with your clients.
- find, call, meet and coach the candidates.
- manage your time and schedule.
And most importantly, you will work on international fields, connecting with foreign markets and multilingual candidates and clients.
