HRBP – SaaS Company

Our Client, a fast growing & dynamic SaaS Company, aiming to enhance the digital workplace expericence (AI powered), is looking for its new HRBP !  

Ideally expérienced within a SaaS environment, fluent in English and French, and well-versed in French labor law.

 

Do you thrive in a fast-moving, small-structure environment and have experience working within global organizations?

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law and provide HR expertise across various countries.
  • Manage employee relations, talent development, and HR operations in a multinational environment.
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.

 

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years as an HRBP or HR Generalist, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of French employment law and HR operations at an international level.
  • Fluent in English & French (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, international setting.
