HR Manager – 1 Year Contract

Job Description

You will be a fundamental part of the HR Team as well as the German branch of the organisation:

  • Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit interview for Germany
  • Point of contact for all employee inquiries related to HR
  • Manage all employee benefits & support different projects related to this topic
  • Prepare payroll on a monthly basis with the support of their local vendor
  • Provide training on new people processes or tools
  • Participate in different HR projects as they continuously improve benefits, processes & tools

Profile

Experience:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Manager or Generalist touching on all the topics listed above
  • Strong foundational knowledge of German Labor Law
  • Experience preparing payroll for a team of 20 or more
  • Fluent in German & English (C1 level)
