HR Generalist – French & Spanish

Our Client, a company that offers strategy and direct marketing services specialized in the field of health, is looking for its Human Resources Officer in its Barcelona office.

Job description

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, your main missions will be:

  • The implementation of a complete candidate sourcing strategy ;
  • Conduct interviews in different stages;
  • The analysis and evaluation of the relevant candidates in the pursuit of the recruitment process;
  • The administrative management of staff
  • Preparation of pay slips;
  • Participation in disciplinary follow-up and social litigation (Spanish employee) in collaboration with our Spanish external legal counsel.

You work in close collaboration with all internal departments (Production Department, IT Department, Sales Department, Accounting) and externa providers

The position is based in Barcelona.



  • You have a first successful experience of at least 1 year on a similar position in a company or recruitment agency;
  • You have a good knowledge of Spanish labour legislation;
  • You have experience and knowledge of recruitment techniques , particularly in terms of sourcing;
  • You are rigorous and endowed with clear and synthetic writing skills;
  • Native Spanish & French Speaker, plus a fluent level in English
