HR Coordinator

For our international client with offices in Cologne and Munich we are currently looking for a

HR COORDINATOR (for the Cologne office)

In this position you will support the HR Manager with various tasks including personnel planning, recruiting activity, employee development and administrative tasks.

 

Tasks:

  • Contact person for employees and managers in all personnel-related issues
  • Independent control and processing of all administrative HR processes of the employee life cycle from hiring to leaving, including drawing up contracts, additional agreements, certificates, etc.
  • Working on labor law issues together with VP HR
  • Accompaniment of the annual appraisal, promotion and salary processes
  • Support in projects for the further development and process optimization of the HR department and taking on specialist special topics (e.g. MS Dynamics, CSR and HR events)
  • Creation of statistics and evaluations
  • Tasks in the context of company health management
  • Support for further HR project

 

Your profile:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR area
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in working with MS Dynamics & Office
  • Native German verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent English oral and written language skills
  • Excellent ability to build employee relations
  • Ability to easily understand employees’ problems, what they want to accomplish, & why
  • High standard of work ethic
