HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

  • Acts as an advisor for line Managers and Individual Contributors helping them deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
  • Support both HR People Head and Senior HRBP on everyday tasks.
  • Act as a backup on HR Ops tasks.
  • Supports the execution of HR programs with the business (Performance Management update, Talent review, Training needs, among others)
  • Responsible for recruitment process on Individual Contributor roles and gives support on recruitment processes for Managers & up, for all open positions within the business and the permanent update of global recruitment file and ATS ensuring that each position has an opened RAF and is validated with HC plan.
  • Ensures an excellent employee journey (via regular interviews if necessary) during the onboarding period, contributing to the reflection and improvement of it and manages off boarding interview process with KPIs consolidation.
  • Acts as an Internal Communication focal point for Spain (new hires communications, promotions and any HR campaign)
  • Responsible for Career Page permanent update and Social Media management to support EVP strategy
  • Keeps HRIS up to date informing the HR Ops role of any changes.
  • Active monitoring of evolution and innovation on HR trends.

Skills

  • Bac +3 in Occupational Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or Labour Relations
  • Highly operational HRBP experience
  • Internal Communication and Employee Journey experience
  • Fluent English is essential (French is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamplayer
