HR Advisor

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team based in the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity to support a group of stores in the Netherlands and to be part of a wider HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries across the Netherlands via telephone and email
  • Maintain accurate and GDPR compliant HR records for all employees
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding new hires
  • Develop and oversee training plans for new and existing employees, ensuring annual reviews are completed effectively and in a timely manner
  • Produce HR documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment and references
  • Manage Health & Safety issues related to employees, including documentation, training, and emergency protocols
  • Review and improve HR systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective support for employees
  • Attend and provide support at meetings in stores when required
  • Undertake general HR administration duties, such as processing holiday and absences

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant HR qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch labor laws
  • Fluent in English is essential, Dutch is beneficial
  • Previous experience within recruitment, administration or HR function
  • Confidential, professional, and helpful approach
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Excellent IT/computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively with great attention to detail
