Job Description

Leading a team of 12 Customer Success Specialists you will:

  • Coach and develop the team to ensure they successfully reach their targets
  • Develop & optimize processes to ensure the best customer experience
  • Take a hands-on approach with more strategic clients
  • Work closely with the New Business team ensuring a smooth business handover
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Leadership Team to deliver business objectives

Profile

Who we are looking for:

  • 2 years’ experience managing a team
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar post-sales roles
  • Experience working in a SaaS organisation
  • Proven track record providing top class customer service
  • Fluent in English, and another language is a plus
