Job Description
Leading a team of 12 Customer Success Specialists you will:
- Coach and develop the team to ensure they successfully reach their targets
- Develop & optimize processes to ensure the best customer experience
- Take a hands-on approach with more strategic clients
- Work closely with the New Business team ensuring a smooth business handover
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Leadership Team to deliver business objectives
Profile
Who we are looking for:
- 2 years’ experience managing a team
- 5 years’ experience in a similar post-sales roles
- Experience working in a SaaS organisation
- Proven track record providing top class customer service
- Fluent in English, and another language is a plus
