For our international client near Düsseldorf we are looking for a Marketing Advisor GTM
The Role
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & GTM Execution (50%):
- Build the annual marketing plan in alignment with the regional strategic priorities and guidelines while integrating specific local market requirements
- Take the lead in executing the tactical initiatives defined in the marketing plan
- Spearhead the Strategic Growth Projects from a Marketing perspective
- Work in tight cooperation with regional marketing team for deployment of regional projects
- Measure and report
- Manage assigned Pub&Promo budget
Content Marketing & Public Relations (25%):
- Contribute actively to the brand content strategies
- Initiate and maintain on-going relationships with media
Dealer Marketing (25%):
- Provide visibility to the dealers on the marketing plans to reinforce engagement and commitment behind the brands
- Compliment “top 20” dealers in building local action plan in cooperation with the District Commercial Managers
- Respond to on-going dealer requests related to marketing and communication
Your Profile
- BA in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing in a similar position
- Experience of Digital Marketing Management is a plus
- Able to operate in a complex international business environment (lot of interactions with countries, dealers)
- Good business acumen leading to marketing with purpose
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, drive, high degree of ownership, self-initiative
- Fluent in English – other language skills a plus
