A dynamic design company creating unique and inspiring stationery products that elevate personal expression is seeking a German Back Office Support Specialist. Their products combine innovative design with fine craftsmanship, setting exceptional standards for both aesthetics and functionality.
This role involves delivering excellent customer service to European clients and sales personnel while also providing ad hoc reports and supporting the sales team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of customer service to our European customers and sales team.
- Managing client orders, checking and processing data.
- Updating customer records in the database and files.
- Solving customer queries through email and phone correspondence.
- Resolving customer issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Dealing with logistics, checking stock levels and product availability, verifying deliveries, and receipts.
- Compiling ad hoc reports as required.
- Liaising with and supporting our Sales Team.
- Previous professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluent German and English are essential.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, team player.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Outlook.
