A leading bathroom manufacturer is seeking a French speaking Sales Support to join their team in Dublin! This company started in Ireland over 50 years ago and has grown to the UK, French & Italian markets. This growing team will support the sales agents in France as their increase their market share.

Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager & Director your responsibilities include:

  • Administration – order processing, reporting, invoicing
  • Liaising with logistics and the stock team to ensure all information about regarding deliveries is up to date
  • Keep customers up to date on their shipments
  • Visit international trade shows to promote the brand
  • Ensuring all processes are efficient and keeping an eye out on ways to improve or lower costs

Profile

You have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, order processing, administration or customer service
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in French & English
