Field Service Technician / Automation – CNC machining (M/F)

Our client, an international company supplier of CNC machines and automation solutions is looking for a field service Technician to complete their team.

 

Job Description

 

  • You will be covering the Eastern part of Switzerland and some EU countries
  • You will commission automation systems and integrate them into their customers’ production processes
  • You will carry out repairs and revisions from time to time
  • You assignments may include setting up and dismantling renowned trade fairs

 

Profile

In order to lead this mission, we are looking for a profile with:

  • Native Swiss German/German speaker + Fluent in English (A must) + French would be nice
  • An Electronics technician or Automation technician education
  • A first experience with automation solutions and robot integrations
  • Familiar with serial protocols EIA RS 232/422/485 as well as with common safety standards in the machine industry
  • Excellent IT skills and network knowledge
  • Based between Zurich and Austria
  • Willing to travel a lot
