Business Developer – Home Office in Southern Germany

We are partnering with a fast-growing company offering high-quality, luxurious products for Home, Body & Lifestyle that is ready to conquer the German market. With a strong focus on premium presentation and sales, we are looking for a motivated Business Developer who is passionate about outstanding products.


Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the sales network in the region.

  • Take responsibility for placing products in top retail locations.

  • Focus your sales efforts on drugstores, perfumeries, and selected specialty retailers.

  • Manage existing client relationships and acquire new retail spaces.

  • Actively support all sales points and represent our brands with excellence.


Your Profile

  • Authentic, positive, entrepreneurial, and reliable.

  • Able to work independently and responsibly with freedom.

  • Commercial mindset with a strong results-oriented approach.

  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to assert yourself effectively.

  • Ideally, experience in sales and familiarity with the challenges faced by retail partners.

  • Background in cosmetics retail or store management with a desire to transition into sales.

  • Residence in the region and a valid Class B driver’s license are required.
