Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Food & Beverage team for smooth daily operations
- Implement F&B strategies and initiatives to enhance service quality
- Manage recruitment, training, and staff mentoring
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control
- Maintain top service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively

Qualifications:
