We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized professional who can anticipate needs, handle a wide range of administrative tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Manage executive’s calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and manage phone calls and emails, ensuring important messages are prioritized.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and various departments within the company.
- Assist with project management, research, and data analysis as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by executives.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and calendar management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French + German would be nice.
