European Sales Manager

We are currently collaborating with a leading elevator company whose innovative parts can be found in all the tallest buildings in the world. They are seeking an experienced European Sales Manager to join their team and drive their sales efforts across Europe.

As the European Sales Manager, you will be a trailblazer driving their European sales strategy, pioneering innovative approaches to market expansion, and setting new benchmarks for success. You will play a critical role in expanding their market presence, developing strong relationships with clients, and providing technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Participate in industry conferences, tradeshows, and other networking events to promote our products.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Document customer feedback and contribute to continuous product and service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the elevator industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe up to 50% of the time.
