Our client, an international company supplier of CNC machines and automation solutions is looking for a specialist in CNC machine tools to become their next Diagnostic Engineer :
Job Description:
- You will be the first point of contact for technical challenges related to their machines.
- Be proactive, problem-solving and provide excellent customer service over the phone.
- You will support and be in charge of planning their service team’s customer interventions.
- And provideTechnical assistance to their service team.
Your Profile:
- Experience in the field of CNC machine tools, whether as a service technician or as a sales engineer OR previous Hotline experience in a technical environment.
- You are passionate about the industry and willing to learn everything there is to learn about milling machines.
- You have Basic knowledge of AI technologies.
- German or French as a native language; fluent in another language (English, German, or French).
- You are a good listener and attentive.
- You are solution-oriented, helpful, and have a positive mindset.
- Live or willing to relocate near Biel/Bienne (1h drive max)
