For our international client we are currently looking for a:

 

Dealer Development Manager (Home Office in Germany)

 

In this position you will be part of the growth plan in EMEA taking care of Germany, Austria, and the UK. For this position we are looking for candidates who bring in a strong experience developing a market from scratch and used to introduce new products before. Having worked within an international company will be a big plus.

You will be working closely with the Country Manager and the EMEA Network Development Team. Besides identifying new dealer prospects in the assigned area and convince them to join the company in time for the launch of the new product, you will also be talking to existing dealers to expand their product offer with the new launch.

TASKS:

  • Identify, evaluate uncovered areas, and prioritize with support of EMEA headquarter & sales.
  • Identify, visit, and evaluate potential new dealer partners in the uncovered areas identified
  • Coordinate set-up and onboarding process of the chosen new partners Support dealer’s growth and consumer experience focus
  • Assist dealers with tailored tools and expertise to support the growth of their business and their profitability with consumer focus best practices.
  • Support dealers in the implementation dealer retail environment projects and exterior signage in collaboration with functional teams.

PROFILE:

  • University Degree in Business, Sales, or related fields.
  • Experience in a field position such as commercial/distribution network in sales or dealer development role in contact with.
  • Motorcycles/ Automotive/ Motorsport industry experience would be a plus
  • Ability to deliver on a plan, and to convince prospect business partners of the company’s value proposition.
  • Self-driven with strong entrepreneurial drive with ownership and passion to shape something new on unchartered territories.
  • Result-oriented with capacity to coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a pan-European environment is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • German as a mother tongue and fluent in English
  • This role requires a willingness to travel (up to 30%).
