Experience Junior (1-3 years)
Top Luxury brand seeking an Italian speaking Customers service representative to join their Dublin team.
Within this role you will provide professional and friendly service for all incoming inquiries. You will impress our customers by actively listening and responding accurately. You will need to identify and quickly escalate issues appropriately and efficiently as well as share necessary information to the relevant departments. This position is currently remote until the offices are open again.
You are someone with:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Familiar with ticketing systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and can pick up on new technology quickly
- Strong communication skills and experience working within a fast-paced environment
