My client is a FinTech that’s using insight from customers and colleagues worldwide to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations. They have a team of over 10,000 people spanning 200 countries and territories.

Missions

They are looking for someone to approach and liaise with business prospects (small and medium-sized companies)  to attract and maintain new clients for our Business-to-Business division. You will influence everyone from the owner of a start-up to the finance director or chief executive officer of a large, established corporation. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to, cold calling and participation in telemarketing activities and initiatives to prospective clients as well as research and analyze clients’ business objectives. You will establish rapport and build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and effectively presenting solutions that encompass the client’s entire international payment needs

Profile

For this fast-paced role, you will need to be ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition. You’ll be financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and must be able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets. You’ll also need to be comfortable with cold calling as well as be adept at executive corporate level negotiations and building long-term client relationships. For this, you’ll need to possess excellent communication skills with a deep understanding of consultative sales principles. Solid experience in the Financial Services Industry is required. A fluent level in German and English languages is required to be successful in this role.
