Job Position: Business developer Executive
Location: Italy, Home Office
Our client is a top leading Hardware Multinational who is looking for their next Business Development Executive, based in Madrid.

Essential Tasks:
- 70% you will be in charge of acquiring new accounts mainly in 3 different channels:
1. Distributors, Wholesale 2. eCommerce, eRetail 3. Resellers
- 30% you will be nurturing and helping to maintain a good and long term relationship with the already existing clients.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (like Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Logistics
- Effectively use our CRM and lead management system as well as documentation and tracking processes
- Perform other duties as required by the CCO
Your Profile:
- Native/Bilingual level of Italian, and intermediate level of English
- 2-5 years of experience working in similar roles as BDM or KAM
- Customer centric personality with the drive to deliver
- Experience working for Hardware and IT companies
- Experience within the eCommerce and eRetail fields are highly valued
- Able to travel locally (mostly Milano Area) and every 1-2 months to their European HW
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be highly self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and flexible
- Positive attitude with the desire to work in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial environment
