Business Development Manager – SaaS, UK

Our client is a leading provider of a PropTech SaaS solution designed for residential developers and new-build agencies. With a presence in 6 countries, they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – SaaS to join their UK team in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our client’s growth and expansion into the UK market. They will report to the Head of UK.


Your Role

You will be responsible for increasing the sales of SaaS licenses by the acquisition of new residential developers in the UK.


Core Responsibilities

  • Build and scale up your own UK customer base
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, contract negotiations, and closing business
  • Qualify and manage inbound leads to a successful closure
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads by leveraging the outbound territory development
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at Management and C-level
  • Train your clients on the software, introduce new features and upsell
  • Attend events and networking meetings


What you need to succeed

  • 3- 5+ years of experience as a SaaS Business Developer in a full cycle closing sales role
  • Ideally a PropTech or residential development / house-building space experience
  • The ability to make connections with directors and business owners in person, virtually or over the phone
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive and hunter‐mentality
  • Excellent organisational, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • The right to work and live in the UK


Location: London.

Permanent position.

Base salary in the £40-50k range DOE + Commission structure.

Workplace: hybrid.
