For my international client I am looking for a:
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – NETHERLANDS AND BELGIUM (HOME OFFICE IN EITHER COUNTRY)
Partner with existing customers; understand their current system and manage and close opportunities to cross and upsell
• Communicate the company’s software value proposition via phone, web interaction selling, and e-mail communication
• Identify hidden agendas that might interfere with resolution of terms and respond to objections successfully
• Engage in other activities as appropriate that will help the team achieve its targets and more generally contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Obtain agreement from multiple parties throughout all stages of the sales cycle
• Communicate high value of services over the competition
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within customer, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus
- Ultimately a proven track record in end to end sales, ideally within HCM / WFM
• Native level of Dutch and English fluent is mandatory. French would be a real plus.
• Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within Enterprise Sales or similar environment
• Able to identify key people to bring about change communication skills a necessity, as is the ability to communicate on all levels
• Able to fit in to a working atmosphere that is very much geared towards teamwork
