My client: one of the SaaS leader in Field Service Management.
Their ambition? To develop and market a solution enabling companies to manage the daily activity of their teams in the field (telecoms technicians, after-sales service, air-conditioning, …) as well as to efficiently collect and process the data of these teams in real time.
Job description Reporting to the SMB Manager and to the Country manager DACH, you will work with the sales and marketing teams to execute an Inbound and Outbound customer acquisition strategy. As the first step in the prospect/customer journey at work, the role of the SDR is crucial to the success of the sales team! we see the SDR / BDR position as the gateway to the SaaS Sales world. This first step, in Paris, will allow you to learn best practices and our internal processes before joining the subsidiary, in Munich.
● Filter and qualify (internet search, emails, telephone) incoming leads generated by the marketing team / Inbound. ● Identify contacts corresponding to our “Persona” (General Manager, IT Director, Operation manager, etc.) and collect the necessary information using your various tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Hunter, Lusha, etc.), ● Design and run creative and personalized “Outbound” prospecting cadences (emails, Linkedin, video, calls, etc.). ● Understand customer issues in terms of business needs and IS integration issues ● Generate qualified appointments for the Account Executive team based on your knowledge of company’s value proposition ● Ensure the transition of leads to the Account Executive team
● Native German & fluent in English. ● You are available to start your professional career in Paris (for about 1 year before joining the German subsidiary in Munich). ● Graduated bachelors or masters ● Through your studies, your first experiences and/or your extracurricular activities, you have chosen to specialise in the commercial field, the training will continue with us!
