For our international client in Dresden we are currently looking for a

Business Development Manager

Tasks:

• Contacting potential clients to establish relationships and arrange meetings

• Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities

• Finding and developing new markets to improve sales

• Working closely with the account manager function to define the overall proposition

• Developing quotes and proposals for clients

• Engaging with key stakeholders across the business

• Working closely with the Marketing department to improve the effectiveness of both, on and offline

marketing to maximise sales opportunities

• Working closely with the professional services team to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions projects

• Living and demonstrating our values at all time: Passion, Innovation, Ownership, and Integrity

Profile

● Strong sales acumen with focus on the customer experience / customer service sector

● Experience of performing sales planning and pipeline management

● Experience in a field based new business development role

● Negotiate engagement pricing and experience of winning long-term multi-year contractual agreements

● Ablility to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and experience of value-based selling and contracting to large enterprises

● Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at both, C-level and functional levels

● Native level of German and fluent English skills
