Territory Sales Manager – Personal Protection Equipment

As a Territory Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing and expanding our distributors and end-users within the Rhein Main region in collaboration with the sales team, while reporting to our Regional Sales Manager. The position is hybrid with 70% local travel requirements, based in the Rhein Main region in Germany (Frankfurt)
The responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targeted sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and colleagues
- Collaborating with existing clients in understanding their needs, provide product knowledge and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervising and training of the distributor team, as well as guiding the distributors and end-users on new products, policies and procedures
- Create strategies, financial plans, reports and projections
The profile:
- 3 years of sales experience
- B2B sales experience
- German and English fluent in speaking and writing
- Experience or knowledge of the PPE market is preferable, not exclusive
- Excellent listening and communication skills, as well as negotiation skills
