Job Position: Area Sales Manager – Italy

Market Development in the Central-South Region

The Position: Reporting to the Director of the Italy Branch, the candidate will take on full responsibility for the assigned territory, directly engaging with crucial clients, including distributors and end-users. Location: Rho

Main tasks:

  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients within the portfolio
  • Play a key role in executing new projects for both new and established clients
  • Attain sales targets as outlined in the Business Plan
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to surpass seasonal and annual sales goals
  • Collaborate with Distributors to establish sales objectives at the beginning of each year
  • Analyze data to produce reports, statistics, timelines, and presentations
  • Stay informed about current market trends by monitoring competitors
  • Actively engage in Sales Campaigns

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Area Manager or Sales Manager within companies in the precision mechanics sector
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret economic and sales data
  • Effective communicator and negotiator
  • Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, methodical approach, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel and undertake business trips within the territory
  • Italian branch with a rich history in the market and on the territory
  • Swiss parent company, globally recognized as a leader in its sector
