Area Sales Manager – Italian

Job Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Italy

Our client is a top leading multinational within the Industrial sector, who is looking to find the new Area Sales Manager for the Italian Market.

Main tasks:

  • Developing the market in the Central South region
  • Maintaining contacts with current portfolio clients
  • Contributing to the implementation of new projects related to clients, both new and existing ones
  • Achieving sales results according to the defined Business Plan
  • Working strategically to meet and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets
  • Setting sales objectives with Distributors before the beginning of the year
  • Analyzing data and generating reports, statistics, timelines, and presentations
  • Being aware of current market trends by monitoring the competition
  • Actively participating in sales campaigns

Role: The candidate, reporting to the Director of the Italian Branch, will have full responsibility for the assigned territory, interacting directly with the most important clients, including distributors and end users.


  • At least 3 years of experience in the role of Area Manager or Sales Manager in companies in the precision mechanics sector
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret economic and sales data
  • Good communicator and negotiator
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Leadership, initiative, method, and organization skills
  • Willingness to travel and undertake business trips within the territory
  • Italian branch with a strong history in the market and region
  • Stimulating professional role
  • Permanent employment contract based on the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL)
  • Compensation commensurate with actual experience gained
