Our Client, an international company present in over 20 countries, is looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, who understands how to acquire new customers and expand existing ones.
The role is broad, combining sales and business skills with the ability to build new partnerships and develop and maintain existing ones. The role includes everything from analysing the current situation, identifying relevant leads, making initial contact with potential customers, pre-sales, negotiating agreements, and includes training the partner's employees to implementation.
- Solid business understanding from key account management or similar roles (minimum of 3 years) in B2B
- Experience in selling complex service offerings, such as SaaS, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to business closure and implementation
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a similarly more practice-oriented education
- Knowledge and experience in using CRM systems in the sales process on a daily basis
- Experience in working with public clients such as municipalities would be advantageous but not mandatory
- Fluent in Swiss German and English is Mandatory + French (would be nice)
