This team is responsible for procuring equipment from potential sellers (B2B) and ensuring a first-class seller experience You’ll convert warm leads as well as proactively seek new opportunities and ensure the seller has a positive experience.
Job Description
In this role you will:
- Deliver exceptional seller experience for all clients with all new and exciting clients
- Convert warm leads and onboard new clients
- Conduct market research and proactively seek out new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with all clients to continuously grow your portfolio
- Track all deliveries and orders communicating arrivals and delays
- Answer all client queries in a timely manner
Profile
In this role you:
- Have previous experience in sales, account management or business development
- Proven experience in converting leads
- Fluent in French and English – Dutch or German is a plus
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
