We are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive who thrives on exceeding sales targets and is eager to contribute to a game-changing approach to business communication. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the enterprise sector by driving new business and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue growth and new customer acquisition through direct sales efforts and dynamic collaborations with channel partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to capture major Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) opportunities.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Master the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure, including solution architecture and negotiations.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the transformative value of our offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage and forecast your pipeline.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and maintain expertise in UCaaS/CCaaS technologies.
  • Drive growth within existing accounts and expand into new markets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and implementation of solutions.
  • Consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and engage with stakeholders through social media.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of proven success in enterprise technology sales, particularly in UCaaS/CCaaS solutions, with 2-4 years of experience in channel sales.
  • A history of securing major accounts and managing complex enterprise deals.
  • Expertise in solution selling and building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional presence in C-level interactions with a strategic mindset.
  • Expertise in CRM systems and territory management.
  • Native-level fluency in German and professional business English.
  • Strong social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, to maximize impact in your territory.
