Ils travaillent sur des aspects sp\u00e9cifiques du processus, encadrent et forment des consultants pour chaque \u00e9tape de leur carri\u00e8re chez Approach People.<\/p>\n<p>Ils sont comme des coachs de gym, vous montrant le bon mouvement et vous aidant \u00e0 en faire plus.<\/p>\n<p>Ils sont comme des moniteurs de conduite : ils vous laissent conduire tout en assurant votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ils travaillent sur une analyse individuelle des forces et des domaines d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration et cr\u00e9ent des plans d&rsquo;action individuels.<\/p>\n<p>Ils offrent des conseils sur les plans strat\u00e9giques de business development ou de recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Les consultants parlent de ce travail qu&rsquo;ils font ensemble, au quotidien, qui les aide \u00e0 \u00ab grandir \u00bb, \u00ab se structurer et s&rsquo;organiser \u00bb, \u00ab se concentrer sur la recherche de solutions \u00bb, \u00ab se challenger \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Les consultants seniors peuvent \u00e9galement s&rsquo;appuyer sur eux pour \u00ab v\u00e9rifier les fondamentaux \u00bb, offrir \u00ab des perspectives diff\u00e9rentes \u00bb et aider les nouveaux managers \u00e0 former et accompagner les profils juniors.<\/p>\n<p>Et \u00e7a FONCTIONNE !<\/p>\n<h2>Ce que nos consultants en recrutement pensent des PPD<\/h2>\n<p>Voici quelques t\u00e9moignages re\u00e7us de la part de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe :<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Je me sens soutenue en tant que manager parce que le <strong>PPD dispense une formation de qualit\u00e9<\/strong> et un suivi de pr\u00e8s. Nous pouvons voir ce que cela apporte aux \u00e9quipes et la <strong>diff\u00e9rence que cela fait au quotidien<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0M\u00eame en \u00e9tant senior, j&rsquo;ai parfois besoin d<strong>&lsquo;une perspective diff\u00e9rente<\/strong> sur mon sourcing, ou sur la fa\u00e7on dont j&rsquo;aborde une mission.
