D\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exercice, le salaire \u00e9volue rapidement. Les profils junior avec 2 \u00e0 5 ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience voient leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration doubler, atteignant 3 750 \u20ac bruts mensuels. Les ing\u00e9nieurs confirm\u00e9s (5 \u00e0 10 ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience), quant \u00e0 eux, voient leur niveau de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration passer en moyenne, \u00e0 4 583 \u20ac bruts mensuels, soit 55 000 \u20ac annuels. Il gagne ainsi en autonomie, prend en charge des projets plus complexes et accompagne les profils juniors.
