Our client, a large multinational company based in Shannon, is looking to develop a new multilingual team.

They are looking for Polish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish and Greek customer service representative

Shannon is a nice little village located 10 minutes away from the international airport of Shannon and 30min from Limerick, the 3rd Irish city.

This is a permanent contrat and salary of 19K (1500€ after tax per month)

The role involves answering inbound calls and emails coming from clients of a very famous IT company.

For this role, you will need to have strong communication skills and at least 6 months in customer service.
