IT Sales Analyst

My client is an international Global Leader in the IT industry.


Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Sales Reps department, order processing and ensuring orders are in compliance to revenue & company policy
• Performing the accounting and budgeting activities related to the Company's worldwide Operations department and presenting those results to management via monthly reporting, meetings and ad hoc presentations, as required
• Working with the Accounting and the Finance Business Partner to ensure financial activities and performance
• Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Sales Order Acceptance policy
• Activate eligible contracts and orders, complete compensation transaction to ensure accurate timely commission payments
• Modify contracts as necessary
• Determine appropriate accounting treatment for any credit memos
• Develop and input contract-related revenue and expense transactions
• Monitor contracts due to expire and work with sales to ensure uninterrupted service and revenue stream
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from sales and external customers


Required Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years customer or sales support experience in the IT industry
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and within a Sales team
• Detail oriented and Strong Team Player
• English command a must, other languages a plus (French or German preferred)
• Good computer skills
