Junior Sales Representative with Swedish or German
Permanent job based in Dublin area

My Client is a global leader in its industry who is still growing, expanding and making more and more profits despite the economic downturn!

You will receive full training.

Requirements:

- High School Leaving Qualification
- Fluency in German or Swedish and good level of English
- 6 months experience in a Sales or Customer Service role
- Good telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good team spirit
- Ability to work on targets and to meet deadlines

Main duties:

- Lead Generation to develop new business
- Telesales
- Satisfy customer's questions and requirements related to contracts, pricing, delivery, and pre-packaged offerings
- Contract renewals closing
- Conduct Sales forecasts and risk analysis
- Measure customer satisfaction
