SALES ASSISTANT BILINGUAL GERMAN/ENGLISH
(FRENCH IS AN ASSET)

Position based in Zurich,Switzerland – Permanent contract


My client is a leading and international company providing IT services worldwide.
They offer excellent working conditions within a dynamic and multicultural environment.


Responsibilities

 Create offers in collaboration with Sales
 Enter, Administer and supervise order procedures
 Support sales team in administrative tasks
 Treat customer enquiries trough phone calls
 Update and manage customer database
 Provide administrative support to Marketing
 Execute correspondence with clients, provide presentations and deal with mailings


Profile

 Friendly and customer-orientated behavior
 Can work independently, efficiently and accurately
 Very good written and oral English, Swiss German or German Mother tongue (French: an advantage)
 Very good knowledge of Microsoft office
 ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
 Knowledge of the IT branch: an advantage

Salary around 60k CHF
