eCommerce Project Manager EMEA (Magento required)

eCOmmerce Project Manager EMEA (English fluent)
Permanent contract based in Lausanne

We are looking for a bright and dynamic person who lives and breathes online business. The eCommerce Specialist EMEA will assist the Associate Director Digital Marketing & eCommerce EMEA in coordinating and executing eCommerce strategies and initiatives across all categories with a focus on delivering online sales targets while striving for industry leading consumer experience through cross-channel Digital Performance activities.

You main responsibilities:

• ECOMMERCE WEBSITE COORDINATION (Oversee the EMEA eCommerce channel to meet annual budget/revenue targets. Publish, maintain and update Brand eCommerce websites content and assets through Magento, Manage eCommerce content with internal and external stakeholders and implement localized content …)

• CONSUMER ACQUISITION & RETENTION (Implement the eCommerce strategy across all channels. Manage the eCommerce Digital Performance campaign with external partners. Plan & Drive successful consumer acquisition …)

• ECOMMERCE SALES MANAGEMENT (Drive the eCommerce sales engine and drive performance of the eCommerce LOB, Manage regular sales forecast updates with demand planning, Plan, manage and execute site merchandising activities across live platforms)

• DIRECT TO CONSUMER PROJECT MANAGEMENT (Co-ordinate the internal and third-party stakeholders to deliver the EMEA wide DTC project roadmap. Produce and activate a project communication plan to all stakeholders)

• ANALYTICS & REPORTING (Implement tracking solutions on eCommerce site to enable performance reporting & analytics. Monitor eCommerce sales/profitability & other eCommerce performance/Consumer Experience KPI’s…)

Your profile :

• 3+ years of experience in Direct to Consumer/ eCommerce business across multiple functional areas
• Advanced Magento skills is mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with excellent SEM & Google Analytics skills
• Experience in dealing with international markets for FMCG or Retail brands preferred
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), and French and/or German a plus
• Highly-motivated, enthusiast, and passionate individual with a recognized commercial acumen topped with strong analytical and data driven thinking.
