International Sales Trainer

Responsibilities :

- Act as a brand ambassador
- Responsible to coach, train & develop team members within specific area and support in induction & ongoing training of team members
- Best practise share and know how transfer with team members to improve selling techniques and maximize sales potential
- Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed

Profile and Soft Skills :

- University Degree or similar (HES)
- Proven experience in Training field, within the FMCG/Luxury sector ideally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen
- Experience in networking & building relationships
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
