Contracts Specialist

For one of our clients, a fast growing International Company, we are looking for

CONTRACTS SPECIALIST (English native) - Permanent contract

Your main responsibilities:

- Lead the contracts and administration team
- Manage drafting and negotiating confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements and other types of agreements
- Review of third party agreements to ensure appropriate terms and conditions.
- Working closely with internal clients to understand business objectives and expectations, to address identified issues and concerns and to provide contract advice.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, company values, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure the compliance regarding data privacy regulations
- Management of contract templates and keeping them up to date with policies, laws and regulations.
- Identify needs and support for continuous improvement of contract processes, policies and templates and support management in planning and implementing improvements.

Your profile:

- 2+ years' experience in processing complex international contracts management
- Experience in drafting, reviewing or negotiating contracts in a multinational company
- Management experience of a highly driven team in a fast paced environment.
- Native-level English (or near native), any other languages would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, excellent writing and editing abilities
- Solid experience and understanding of legal terms and conditions
- Fully committed to the job to deliver outstanding work product and strong service orientation and a positive “can-do” attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Package
