Position located in Barcelona.

On your daily basis:

-You will design, plan and carry out innovative Talent Management Projects.
-Need to be able to work in a fast paced and international environment.
-Be in charge of the on-boarding and retaining,throughout the implementation of innovative ideas to exceed-the-highest-standards.
-You will travel across our client's offices in Europe in order to give trainers to new and current employees.
-Will have to lead their Academy Plan including coordination, design and events organization.
-Coordinate and partner with the HR department in order to establish future employee needs and Training Programs.

Other Functions:

- Identify training and development needs within the company, finding ways to connect learning programs across Europe.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of training
- Establish comprehensive training metrics
- Drive and oversee our internal certification needs
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in handling confidential information and issues that arise while staying within defined policies
and practices
- Mentor and support their talents in all performance management matters
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement
- Support employer branding activities

The Ideal Candidate would have:

- Excellent English and Spanish skills are mandatory. Any other European language is a plus
- > 5 years of experience in similar position
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize conflicting priorities and planning skills to meet deadline
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in handling confidential information
- Background in human resources management and talent development
